Vogue Paris Magazine, Reprint Mar 1922, Vol 4.5 Art Deco Fashion Drawings 1920’s

Vogue Paris Magazine – Modern Digital Reprint Volume 4, No. 5 March 1922 Issue French Language Text 62 Pages including Covers Wire Bound heavy cover stock card covers with 24 lb. Natural Cream pages Published by Wilkerson & Hughes, LLC 8.5″wide x 11″high Shipped by First Class mail in padded envelope This Vogue magazine is a modern digital printed edition that was restored from a French library digital scan. Occasionally some of the edges of text and covers may be distorted because the magazine was bound in a hard bound volume making it difficult to scan all the way to the edge. The cover color is not identical to the original because the covers were badly faded. We attempted to restore the color saturation. The black and white photos in the magazine are fairly primitive compared to modern magazines, but we were able to edit them to print better than the original magazine. The drawings were restored extensively to provide fashion specialists outstanding quality for a magazine format. This magazine is filled with advertisements, articles, and high society news for the French Art Deco period of the 20th century. All of the automobile ads are for French car companies. We spent dozens of hours in digital restoration, but please be kind in your Ebay reviews. The originals are 93 years old and in very poor condition to start with. The photos should give you a good sample of the printed page quality. All of the pages with drawings are better than the original magazines. All of the pages with Ads are better than the original. Larger quantities of this magazine are available to order. We operate a professional print shop. Send a messaging email through E-Bay and we can set up an order and wholesale price for larger quantities.
