Adam Smith Wealth of Nations 1793 seventh edition, vol. 2 only. London Cadell. Internally clean with no apparent markings. Endpapers present but with boards detached. Book block solid. Water stain near the block up to pages 16-17. Water stain visible around edges up to page 18. Another stain pages 234-254 approx. The book block itself is very solid. Marbles endpapers detached. Boards detached with a fair amount of calf loss around the edges. The spine suggests that the book was in a fire at some point, though this only seems to have affected the spine. Probably needs to be rebacked at minimum, and probably rebound too though the right hands may be able to recover the boards.
