This was my baking book that i was made to buy in culinary school. We did not use it. Although i did use a highlighter on about five pages. We used printed recipes from the chef instructor. This book is like new condition. It’s formatted for large quantities in classic baking and bakery goods. It’s reprinted for CULINARY colleges . It’s a big book from a non smoking home. Clean tight pages. 822 pages and it weighs in at 3 lbs 11 oz. I will mail in a BOX DUE TO THE HEAVY WEIGHT OF THE BOOK. HAPPY BAKING!
