Please read before buying. This is in good overall condition. Very minor highlighting only one page has a little piece torn off of it. I took a picture of it. It’s part of the publication page. There seems to be no other tears anywhere else in the book. The cover seems to be pleather which is leather like, but not genuine leather, ships fast.
