Folio (15″ x 12″), pp xiii, 19 pp, + 8 leaves of plates, in original quarter-leather binding with gilt lettering on spine. Front hinge starting, but binding remains sound, contents clean. A scarce work containing facsimiles and a transcript of eight pages of the diary of Thomas Greene, as well as an Introduction and notes by Ingleby.
